    If you are using Learn Italian in a school or college you may find that some materials are being blocked by your institution's IT policy. Learn Italian delivers it's learning materials (pictures, sounds and texts) from 2 sub-domains of These sub-domains are:

If you are curious, the reason we put these resources on servers separate from the server is so that we can speed up delivery of our sites materials to your computers.

    The Italian is beginner level, suitable for those starting to learn the language. The language supplied includes a lot of vocabulary plus simple sentences in the first person present tense, plus common phrases.

    Learn Italian was created from a teaching product we developed for primary and secondary pupils (5 to 16 years) but it is suitable and enjoyable for adults learning the language at a beginner level.
